Order Processing and dispatch.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days of an order being placed on the website. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order processing has been completed.

Shipping rates & costs

Our rates are typically dependent on the size of the products ordered, there are 2 delivery rates as follows:

The delivery charge for small Items is £1.99 per order.

The delivery charge for larger Items is £3.99 per order.

Shipping methods

All order are sent by either by Royal Mail 2^nd Class post, or tracked Courier delivery by Hermes.

Delivery times

Orders should be delivered within 8-10 working days following order.
